Damaged products received (Damage caused by transport): Any products received broken upon unpacking must NOT be installed on your device, any damaged products that have been installed will not be exchanged. Only defective products showing normal apparent condition (not damaged) can be exchanged following the procedure below. Return conditions for defective products.
Only return the defective product in its packaging with its protections, or an equivalent packaging allowing it to be sufficiently protected for transport. Use a shipping method conforming to the shipment of goods. For tracking your shipment, use the letter max: any items returned for malfunction and received damaged (mainly for screens received broken) due to the lack of effective protection, will not be exchanged or refunded. Return costs are the responsibility of the customers, and re-shipping costs are our responsibility. You are free to choose the method. IMPORTANT: Clearly explain the reason for the return. An expertise of your item will be carried out as soon as possible upon receipt, and a decision will be made after expertise.Please note that in case of non-compliance with one or more of these conditions, the refund cannot be processed, or will be delayed.
