We offer you a wide choice of payment methods. All our listings require immediate payment.

We use an automated ordering system. Once we receive an order, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to refuse delivery for a return, or accept the item and send it back to us. Most orders will be delivered within 5 working days. Please note that we will only begin processing your order after receiving your payment.

If you paid by bank transfer, we regret that we cannot guarantee same-day dispatch due to the longer processing time at the bank. From that point on, you can track your order using your tracking number on the carrier’s website. We do everything we can to ensure that your order reaches you within the stated time frame.

However, circumstances beyond our control may cause delays once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier. In such cases, we cannot be held responsible. If we expect dispatch to take more than 48 hours after receiving your payment, you will be informed immediately. At Mister Auto, your satisfaction is our priority. However, in the event of order cancellation or product return, please refer to our terms and conditions.

All products must be returned in a resalable condition, along with the original packaging and all supplied documentation. Please return your item(s) in the original packaging and make sure that all packaging is properly secured. You must include a copy of your delivery note with your items, as this is proof of purchase. Otherwise, your refund will be delayed.

Please contact us for the return address - do not return to the address on the sales invoice. Any item returned without authorization will be rejected! Mister Auto accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to goods in transit; please ensure that insurance coverage is taken whenever possible. Upon receipt, all products will be inspected and, at our discretion, credit may be refused.
