All our listings require immediate payment. We use an automated ordering system. Once we receive an order, it cannot be cancelled.

You will need to refuse delivery for a return or accept the item and send it back to us. Most orders will be delivered within 5 business days. Please note that we will only begin processing your order after receiving your payment. If you have paid by bank transfer, we regret that we cannot guarantee same-day shipping due to the longer processing time at the bank. From that point on, you can track your order using your tracking number on the carrier’s website provided.

We do everything we can to ensure your order reaches you within the advertised time frame. However, circumstances beyond our control may cause delays once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier. In that case, we cannot be held responsible.

If we expect shipment to take more than 48 hours after receiving your payment, you will be informed immediately.

At Mister Auto, your satisfaction is our priority. However, in the event of order cancellation or product return, please refer to our terms and conditions. All products must be returned in resalable condition, together with the original packaging and any documentation provided.

Please return your item(s) in the original packaging and make sure all packaging is properly secured. You must include a copy of your delivery note with your items, as it serves as proof of purchase. Otherwise, your refund will be delayed. Please contact us for the return address - do not return to the address on the sales invoice. Any item returned without authorization will be rejected! Mister Auto accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to goods in transit, so please ensure insurance coverage is taken whenever possible.

Upon receipt, all products will be inspected and, at our discretion, credit may be refused.
