We use an automated ordering system. Once we receive an order, it cannot be canceled. You will have to refuse delivery for a return or accept the item and send it back to us. Most orders will be delivered within 5 business days.

Please note that we will only start processing your order after we receive your payment. If you paid by bank transfer, we regret that we cannot ensure same-day shipping due to the slightly longer processing time of your payment by the bank. From that moment, you can track your order with your tracking number via the carrier's website provided. We do everything we can to ensure your order reaches you within the announced time.

However, circumstances beyond our control may cause delays once the package is taken over by the carrier. In this case, our responsibility cannot be engaged. If we anticipate a shipment more than 48 hours after receiving your payment, you will be informed immediately.

All products must be returned in a resalable condition, accompanied by the original packaging as well as any documentation provided. Please return your item(s) in the original packaging and ensure that all packaging is well wrapped. You must include a copy of your delivery note with your items, as this is proof of purchase.

Otherwise, your refund will be delayed. Please contact us for the return address - do not return to the address on the sales invoice. Any item returned without authorization will be rejected! Mister Auto will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage of goods during transit; please ensure that the insurance coverage option is taken wherever possible.

Upon receipt, all products will be inspected, and at our discretion, credit may be refused.
