Please note that couriers require someone to be present to sign for all parcels. If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier will leave a card notifying you of the unsuccessful delivery attempt.

If you receive a parcel that appears to have been tampered with or damaged, please sign for it as “DAMAGED”.

All pallet deliveries take place Monday to Friday, between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the goods. If delivery is unsuccessful, you will either need to collect the item yourself or pay a redelivery charge.

Redelivery charges must be paid before delivery. The courier will redeliver your item on the next working day between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm.

Please check the condition of the item before signing. By signing for an item, you confirm that it is in good condition. This is important because the courier accepts no further liability once the item has been signed for.

If the driver does not allow you to inspect the item or remove the packaging, please write “DAMAGED” next to your signature.

We offer a 30-day return period on all our items.

All returned parts must be clean, drained of fluids and properly packaged to prevent damage.

We do not cover labour costs.

No refunds or credits will be issued for electrical components or parts that have been tampered with.

Faulty or incorrect parts will be replaced. If no replacement is available, a refund will be issued.

Warranties cover parts only and do not cover any labour costs associated with fitting or removing our parts.

The warranty applies only if the parts are fitted by a recognised independent specialist or an authorised dealer.

No parts will be accepted for refunds, exchanges or credit after 90 days.

Once payment has been received, all parts are securely packaged and dispatched via a reputable courier, with online tracking available.

The invoice must be included with any return.

All returned parts must be clean, drained of fluids and properly packaged to prevent damage.

Parts that were correctly supplied and subsequently returned are subject to a 30% handling charge.

Warranties cover parts only and apply only if the parts are fitted by a recognised independent specialist or an authorised dealer.

Warranty Terms and Conditions

We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and want our customers to return time and again for quality parts and accessories.

Wherever possible, all parts are rigorously tested in-house. We offer a 90-day warranty on mechanical parts and a 12-month warranty on body panels.

This covers our parts only in the event of a malfunction. We cannot accept returns of parts purchased incorrectly.

We do not cover return shipping costs for any reason.

We do not cover any labour costs associated with fitting or removing parts.

All our items are security-marked for identification.

Quality Description

Highest-quality parts, with no damage or only minimal wear. These parts should closely resemble new OEM parts. Minor surface imperfections on painted parts can be removed by buffing and/or polishing.

Electronic components and sensors function as intended by the original equipment manufacturer.

Parts with minor to moderate damage or wear. These parts should be easy to repair. Damage requires repair work, including panel beating and/or filling. Electronic components and sensors function as intended by the original equipment manufacturer.

Parts with more than moderate damage or wear. These parts may require more than one hour of repair work. Damage requires repair work, including panel beating and/or filling.

Electronic components or sensors do not function as intended by the original equipment manufacturer, have not been tested, or cannot be confirmed to be working correctly. Damage or wear may be equivalent to Grade A, B or C.

Total damaged area: 1–2 repair units.

Total damaged area: more than 2 repair units.

Same as Grade A, B or C.

PARTS FUNCTION CORRECTLY AS INTENDED BY THE ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER, WITH NO VISIBLE OR AUDIBLE DAMAGE OR MALFUNCTION, SUCH AS CRACKS, DISTORTION, OIL LEAKS, OR CONTAMINATED OIL OR COOLANT.

Parts may be untested or may not function correctly as intended by the original equipment manufacturer.

The lighting unit has been visually inspected and meets the following criteria: all seals and mounting brackets are intact; there are no visible signs of clouding, pitting, breakage or cracks; and there is no internal moisture or corrosion.

All permanently attached mounting hardware is intact and undamaged.

The lighting unit meets Grade A criteria but may have cosmetic imperfections. Where included, electronic components and sensors function as intended by the original equipment manufacturer.

The lighting unit is below Grade A quality but remains functional. These parts may require minor repairs.

Auxiliary electronic components or sensors do not function as intended by the original equipment manufacturer, have not been tested, or cannot be confirmed to be working correctly.

These parts should closely resemble new OEM parts.

Minor surface scratches on the lens.

Slight clouding of the lens and/or a cracked mounting bracket and/or minor surface scratches on the lens.
