If the product is returned by mail, the original packaging must be used, and shipping costs will be covered by Musikhaus Kirstein GmbH for customers in Germany. Return of the product must be agreed with us. The warranty service applies only to customers who are consumers according to Article 13 of the Civil Code. Exclusions from the warranty include damage caused by incorrect use or mishandling of the goods, damage caused by external actions such as transport damage, repairs, and modifications not carried out by Musikhaus Kirstein GmbH or an authorized third party.
