The return of the product must be agreed upon with us. Either we request to collect the product, or we send a return label (only in Germany). Return shipping costs outside of Germany are the responsibility of the customer. The warranty service applies only to customers who are consumers according to Art. 13 of the Civil Code. Excluded from this warranty are damages caused by improper use or mishandling of the goods, those caused by external actions such as transport damage, or repairs and modifications not carried out by Musikhaus Kirstein GmbH or an authorized third party. Repairs cannot be carried out by third parties. For acoustic (grand) pianos, we offer an exclusive 5-year warranty. This warranty contract regulates the legal relationships between the buyer and Musikhaus Kirstein GmbH. All claims for damages are excluded as far as liability is not defined as mandatory by law.

This warranty from Musikhaus Kirstein GmbH complements the rights of warranty and/or any existing manufacturer warranty. The warranty applies to all purchases made from December 1, 2012.
