All dual-zone pads of the DD-520 PLUS are dynamic-sensitive, with 5 levels of pad behavior adjustment. For effective breaks, all cymbal pads have a choke function: they can be muted by hand like a real cymbal! The rubber surface of the pads offers an incredibly realistic playing feel with excellent rebound. Even the vibrational behavior of the cymbal pads surprisingly resembles that of acoustic cymbals.
