All products must be returned in a resalable condition, accompanied by the original packaging and all documentation provided. Please return your item(s) in the original packaging and ensure that all packaging is well packed. You must include a copy of your delivery note with your items, as this is proof of purchase. Otherwise, your refund will be delayed. Please contact us for the return address - do not return to the address on the sales invoice. Any item returned without authorization will be rejected! Mister Auto will accept no responsibility for loss or damage to goods in transit, please ensure that the insurance coverage option is taken whenever possible. Upon receipt, all products will be inspected and at our discretion, credit may be refused.
