Once we receive an order, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to refuse delivery for a return, or accept the item and send it back to us. Most orders will be delivered within 5 business days. Please note that we will only begin processing your order after receiving your payment. If you paid by bank transfer, we regret that we cannot guarantee same-day shipping due to the slightly longer processing time at the bank.

From that point on, you can track your order using your tracking number on the carrier’s website. We do everything we can to ensure your order reaches you within the advertised timeframe. However, circumstances beyond our control may cause delays once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier. In that case, we cannot be held responsible. If we expect shipment more than 48 hours after receiving your payment, you will be informed immediately.

At Mister Auto, your satisfaction is our priority. However, in the event of an order cancellation or product return, please consult our terms and conditions. All products must be returned in resalable condition, together with the original packaging and any documentation provided. Please return your item(s) in the original packaging and make sure all packaging is properly packed. You must include a copy of your delivery note with your items, as it serves as proof of purchase.

Otherwise, your refund will be delayed. Please contact us for the return address - do not return to the address on the sales invoice.

Any item returned without authorization will be rejected! Mister Auto will accept no responsibility for loss or damage to goods in transit; please ensure insurance coverage is taken wherever possible.

Upon receipt, all products will be inspected and, at our discretion, credit may be refused.
