All our listings require immediate payment. We use an automated ordering system. Once we receive an order, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to refuse delivery for a return or accept the item and send it back to us.

Most orders will be delivered within 5 business days. Please note that we will only begin processing your order after receiving your payment. If you paid by bank transfer, we regret that we cannot guarantee same-day shipping due to the slightly longer processing time at the bank. All products must be returned in resalable condition, accompanied by the original packaging as well as any documentation provided.

Please return your item(s) in the original packaging and make sure all packages are properly packed. You must include a copy of your delivery note with your items, as it serves as proof of purchase. Otherwise, your refund will be delayed.

Please contact us for the return address - do not return to the address on the sales invoice. Any item returned without authorization will be rejected! Mister Auto will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods during transit; please ensure that insurance coverage is taken whenever possible. Upon receipt, all products will be inspected and, at our discretion, credit may be refused.
