We use an automated ordering system. Once we receive an order, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to refuse delivery for a return or accept the item and send it back to us. Most orders will be delivered within 5 working days.

Please note that we will only begin processing your order after receiving your payment. If you paid by bank transfer, we regret that we cannot guarantee same-day shipping due to the longer processing time of your payment by the bank. From that point on, you can track your order using your tracking number on the carrier’s website. We do everything possible to ensure that your order reaches you within the stated time frame.

However, circumstances beyond our control may cause delays once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier. In such cases, we cannot be held responsible. If we expect shipping to take more than 48 hours after receiving your payment, you will be informed immediately.

Please return your item(s) in the original packaging and make sure all packaging is properly secured. You must include a copy of your delivery note with your items, as it serves as proof of purchase. Otherwise, your refund will be delayed. Please contact us for the return address - do not return to the address on the sales invoice. Any item returned without authorization will be rejected!
