All our listings require immediate payment. We use an automated ordering system. Once we receive an order, it cannot be canceled. You will need to refuse delivery for a return or accept the item and return it to us.

Most orders will be delivered within 5 working days. Please note that we will only start processing your order after receiving your payment.

If you paid by bank transfer, we regret that we cannot guarantee same-day shipping due to the longer processing time of your payment at the bank. From that point on, you can track your order with your tracking number via the carrier's website provided. We do everything possible to ensure that your order arrives on time.

All products must be returned in a resalable condition, accompanied by the original packaging and all documentation provided. Please return your item(s) in the original packaging and ensure that all packaging is securely wrapped. You must include a copy of your delivery note with your items, as this is proof of purchase. Otherwise, your refund will be delayed. Please contact us for the return address - do not return to the address on the sales invoice. Any item returned without authorization will be refused!
