Once we receive an order, it cannot be canceled. You will need to refuse the delivery for a return or accept the item and send it back to us. Most orders will be delivered within 5 working days.

If you paid by bank transfer, we regret to inform you that we cannot guarantee same-day shipping due to the longer processing time of your payment by the bank. All products must be returned in a resalable condition, along with the original packaging and all documentation provided. Please return your item(s) in the original packaging and ensure that all packaging is securely wrapped. You must include a copy of your delivery note with your items, as this is proof of purchase. Otherwise, your refund will be delayed. Please contact us for the return address - do not return to the address on the sales invoice.

Any item returned without authorization will be rejected! Mister Auto will not accept any responsibility for the loss or damage of goods in transit, please ensure that insurance coverage option is taken whenever possible.
