Please note that we will only begin processing your order once we have received your payment. If you paid by bank transfer, we regret to inform you that same-day shipping cannot be ensured due to the slightly longer processing time of your payment by the bank.

All products must be returned in a resalable condition, accompanied by the original packaging and all documentation provided. Please return your items in the original packaging and ensure all packages are well wrapped. You must include a copy of your delivery note with your items, as this is proof of purchase. Otherwise, your refund will be delayed. Please contact us for the return address - do not return to the address on the sales invoice.

Any item returned without authorization will be rejected! Mister Auto will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage of goods during transit, please ensure that the insurance coverage option is taken whenever possible. Upon receipt, all products will be inspected and at our discretion, credit may be refused.
